HB Aerospace is a privately-owned small business incorporated as an Arizona limited liability corporation in August of 2009. We are an aerospace supply company located in the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport proper (formerly Williams Air Force Base).
We are certified to AS9100 and ISO9001. We aim to provide products and services that focus on the customer first, operational efficiency and cumulative value for customers and suppliers in the context of our business values. Our focus is on delivering proprietary, unique and specialty fasteners and consumable hardware to our customers.

The Leaders
Joseph Hammer
Co-Founder / President
Joe brings over 40 years of Aerospace Hardware Industry experience with significant executive leadership responsibility in diversified manufacturing and distribution operations serving customers globally. Prior to HB Aerospace, Joe lead the largest Aerospace Hardware distributors in the world as Vice President General Manager of Honeywell Consumable Solutions and Hardware Product Group (HPG) for nine (9) years; also leaving as Vice President General Manager while helping Honeywell divest and merge the business with B/E Aerospace, forming again, the world’s largest aerospace distributor of hardware at that time. Joe started his aerospace career with significant time in the manufacturing side of aerospace fasteners and hardware with 21 years as an Executive and Business Leader for Huck International, Fairchild Fasteners, Screwcorp and Voi-Shan Aerospace Fasteners as well as time with Vanadium Pacific Steel Company.
Joe has an MBA and BS degrees in Business Management. He is Six Sigma Certified as well as a certified Kaizen Trainer. He and his wife Susan have enjoyed 41 years of marriage and have four children who have blessed them with eight grandchildren.
